This year’s event will be at the L’Auberge Casino and Hotel Baton Rouge for the first time, and we are proud to announce Executive Chef of 18 Steak, Troy Deano, as this year’s lead chef. Deano has an extensive culinary background, and he is excited to put together a team of chefs who will wow your taste buds and offer live auction packages sure to keep your bid numbers in the air all night long.
